When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in, use the restroom, and complete any necessary forms before your service begins.
Do you accept walk-ins?
At this time, Alma Beauty operates primarily by appointment to ensure each client receives a personalized experience. Same-day availability may occasionally be available online.
What if I am not sure of what service to book?
No worries — we’re happy to guide you. You can contact us directly or book a consultation so we can recommend the best treatment for your goals.
Is there parking available?
Yes! We have plenty of parking available for our clients to make your visit easy and stress-free.
Why do I need to book with a credit card?
We require a card on file to secure your appointment and protect the time reserved just for you. Your card helps us enforce our cancellation and no-show policy fairly while allowing us to continue providing personalized service for every client. You will only be charged according to our cancellation policy.
How do I know my appointment is confirmed?
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or text message with your appointment details. If you do not receive a confirmation, your appointment may not have gone through — please contact us directly
How much should I tip?
Tipping is never required, but always appreciated. If you’d like to leave gratuity, most clients typically tip between 15–25% based on their experience and satisfaction with the service.
Do you sell skincare products?
Yes, we carry professional skincare products selected to support your treatment results and home-care routine.
Can men book services at Alma Beauty?
Absolutely. Our treatments are for anyone wanting healthy skin, brows, lashes, and self-care.
Facials
How do I know which facial is right for me?
Every skin journey is different, and that’s exactly why our facials are customized. If you’re unsure what to book, don’t stress — we’ll guide you based on your skin concerns, goals, lifestyle, and budget. New clients often start with The Signature facial so we can create the best plan for your skin.
Are your facials pregnancy safe?
Many of our treatments can be safely customized during pregnancy, but some ingredients and modalities may need to be avoided. Please let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before your appointment so we can tailor your treatment safely for both you and baby.
What should I wear to my facial?
Come comfortable! Most facials include work on the neck, shoulders, and décolleté area, so you may be asked to change into a spa wrap or adjust clothing slightly for comfort. We recommend avoid heavy makeup before your appointment when possible.
