Welcome to Alma Beauty (“Alma Beauty,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, using our website, or receiving services from Alma Beauty, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Booking
Appointments can be booked online, in person, or through approved booking platforms connected to Alma Beauty.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, phone number, email address, and payment information when required.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to follow salon policies.
2. Deposits & Payments
Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in:

cancellation fee
-
restriction from future bookings
No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
4. Late Arrivals
We understand that life happens and unexpected delays can occur. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service in order to respect the appointments scheduled after them. In some cases, if there is not enough time to safely or properly complete the service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.
We always do our best to accommodate our clients while maintaining a smooth experience for everyone.
5. Results Disclaimer
Alma Beauty provides professional beauty and skincare services customized to each client; however, results may vary depending on:

We do not guarantee specific results.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by the esthetician.
6. Health Conditions & Contraindications
Clients must disclose any relevant:

pregnancy

recent procedures

medical concerns
Failure to disclose important health information may affect treatment safety, treatment suitability, and overall results.
Alma Beauty reserves the right to refuse, modify, or reschedule services when necessary for client safety.
Certain treatments, including waxing, brow lamination, lash services, chemical exfoliation, and advanced facial treatments, may require clients to temporarily stop using specific skincare products or medications before and/or after their appointment. This may include products containing:

retinoids or vitamin A derivatives

exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs)

benzoyl peroxide

prescription acne medications
-
certain active skincare ingredients
Clients are responsible for reviewing and following all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by Alma Beauty to help ensure safe treatments and optimal results.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty and skincare services:

services are non-refundable

deposits are non-refundable

retail products may only be exchanged if unopened and approved by management
If concerns arise regarding a service, clients must contact us within 48 hours so we can review the situation and provide reasonable solutions when appropriate.
8. Packages & Promotions
Packages, discounts, and promotional offers:

cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

are non-transferable unless approved

may have expiration dates
Alma Beauty reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Alma Beauty and its team are not liable for adverse reactions when clients fail to disclose medical conditions, allergies, medications, or fail to follow aftercare instructions.

We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
